I’m going to guess that he doesn’t actually plan to spread the gas out over a mid-sized city. After all, it wouldn’t be nearly concentrated enough to kill Bruiser if he did.
This superhero seems a lot more intelligent than some of the others we’ve read about in “Henchmen for Hire”. (It makes me wonder why he teamed up with the likes of Achilles.) Maybe he can coordinate with the Tinker, Chance and Evers to get his plan working, provided it’s a feasible one.
I believe he created Achilles. Remember the lab? He’s a robot or something.
I agree. Looking at his gear, I’m pretty sure Tek has some means by which to focus it. But I’m also betting he’ll need bait. Which is where Evers comes in…
…and maybe goes out.
