If you haven’t been reading from the beginning of the story, you won’t remember the first meeting with VIXX that Mighty Man is referring to.  If that’s the case, now is a good time to check back to Chapter 2…..
Actually, there’s a panel showing Jackie turning into MM. But it’s a metamorphosis rather than a costume change. Jackie’s no Clark Kent, that’s for sure.
But it appears that, while MM isn’t as dim as Tinker once thought, Tinker might be out of the loop about certain things. I hope MM doesn’t show Tinker his little changing trick. I like the idea of MM keeping a few of his cards close to the vest. 😉
I think (although I’m not sure) that Tinker already knows that MM and Jackie Oldman are the same. I’m more curious if MM has figured out that Tinker knows.
Mea Culpa. 🙂 Somehow I missed that panel. @ Ragingagnostic, I figured that would be the case. They look too different. DC tried to explain Superman’s being able to get away with the disguise trick, in one issue, as a subconscious use of his Super-Hypnotism. It was somehow being amplified by the Kryptonian glass that his glasses were made of. this is before they re-booted the character and made him more consistent and less hokey.
MIGHT be? Did you completely miss the page where he TRANSFORMED INTO Mighty Man? Besides, it’s so obvious even without that page, these super-whatevers have secret identities. Why would Mighty Man have a “pal” like that who he shares everything with, and sends into dangerous situations? It’s retarded. At least Jimmy Olsen had a valid excuse for being in dangerous situations, he was a photographer at the Daily Planet, but what the hell is Jackie? Especially when Jackie conveniently slipped away right after he was revealed right before Mighty Man made his first appearance, apparently no one notices the little guy.
It’s very subtle, and kudos for that BTW, but from a few thing that have happened I think Jackie Oldman might be Mighty Man’s secret Identity.

Doc Savage, you are a shame to your avatar! We’ve already seen that this in fact the case.
I think MM might be overplaying his hand though, and that our hench friend might figure it out.
It is probable though that Tinker may discern that MM and Jackie Oldman are one and the same. This comic is a good read. 🙂
