Yes, I also thought that Mighty Man would be the one wanting to chat with him. Why else would he have been so truculent about it and who else would be calling him demanding a meeting in such an urgent fashion? Dana wouldn’t have his number and she’s still a little discombobulated after what happened to her mother.
I wonder if Mighty Man is the one who took Vixx’s jewel? It would make sense. Dana’s mother was dead; Dana had been knocked unconscious and MM was the only other person in the bubble.
I’m interested in what he has to say to Tinker as well.
I have it!! My theory is that Mighty Man is going to offer the Henchmen an opportunity to work for him as his undercover agents. I think Dana still has the Jewel and is planning something to get revenge on the Henchmen.
I am quite excited to see if I am correct, and what happens next.
Actually I hope that’s correct. The collector seems to be the most competent person to take care of it but I’m afraid it’s not. Mighty Man could have it but I don’t think so either. He was unconscious at the time. I think the jewel either made itself un-noticeable or invisible, or took itself away with it’s remaining power until it can get back together with Dana.
As for why Mighty Man wants to talk to him, I see three posibilities and it could be any or all of them. First I think Mighty Man is upset that he is getting the praise for stopping Voxx when he knows good and well it wasn’t him. I think he’s the type that doesn’t want that kind of thing. Second he could well be wanting to know where the Jewel is himself. It’s a dangerous artifact. Third, and a little more likely IMO, is he could be wanting to know where Vixx went so he can go after her. Keep in mind he doesn’t know Dana was Vixx, it was never revealed in his presence and he was unconscious at the end when she was defeated. Dana was taken away by Paramedics as a “Distraught Victim” not an arrested villain. Mighty Man wants justice IMO.
Not sure why, but I’ve been anticipating this conversation for a while now. Looking forward to the next few pages!

Actually he just gave up the jewel to the guy downstairs it was payment for the feather…

I honestly think the henchmen still have it, and fully intend to encase it in concrete, or something like that…
