I find I enjoy filling in the backgrounds on these pages with a lot of detail. I think it helps to fill out the world in which the comic exists and makes the characters who live in it just a little more believable.  If I do my job right, I’m hoping that readers will become involved and invested in the characters and not just come for the superhero-style punch-em-up stuff.  (Of course, there’s going to be a lot of that too.) I’m hoping at the end of the first big story arc, you’ll come to the last page and say “That was a good STORY!’
That’s the goal.
I think that young man was just rude to me! That makes me angry. You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry…
Very cool story. I just read though the Entire Henchmen for Hire. Liked the twist seeing her walking down the street and then pummeling the car.
