The Henchmen haven’t really met the mysterious Purple Panda before, and the meeting place was kept secret until just before the actual time was set, so there wasn’t a lot of preparation time for Panda to impress them.

Aren’t there ever any henchwomen working for super villains?
They tend to get seduced by the boss and/or superheroes and aquire powers of thier own.
That, and the audience get squeamish if the things that happen to henchmen happen to women. People don’t mind seeing men die in droves. Women are evolutionary more ‘valuable’ and so we are genetically programmed to get pissed if they get injured. Same reason female action heroes are few and far between. We have a programmed subconscious desire to keep women safe.
hes controlling phones and laptops but has no devices of his own with him ? either he is doing all the hacking with his ear plugs, or he is just a straw man….
